One year ago today I started a new role at a promising little startup. "Hitting the ground running" would be an understatement as I jumped right in to hiring, performance reviews, and well, everything. In just one year, I've levelled up in my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and confidence really. This role has taught me that I can make decisions, utilize what I know, and make informed decisions for our team, culture, and business (Ps. cheers to my leaders for trusting and empowering me - Katherine Tattum & Mahshid Yassaei). Celebrating 1 year at Tali AI - 1 year of evolving my career, 1 year of working with incredibly talented people, and 1 year of doing cool shit that makes a difference.
