This project will deliver a total of 12 modern, energy efficient cottage flats, including two one-bedroom and ten two-bedroom units. The last one of the day. Another commercial refurbishment almost coming to an end and then ready for our existing tenants to move into larger premises. Big works carried out at this one, where we had to install major structural steels to the front of the whole building, which entails two retail units and four apartments on the first & second floors. 341 Antrim Road faces the Water Works on the Antrim Road & yes as I often say, situated in a great location!! This refurbishment has thrown curve balls and problems along the way, but at Northern Property we deal with the problems, fix them and move on. The safety of all on site is our utmost priority. . 🛡️ 19,900 hours completed by dedicated workers who have battled heat and challenging conditions within historic buildings, meticulously saving and inventorying each historically significant piece and rehabilitating historic windows. It’s solid, hard work, but the rewards are immense as we witness the transformation into 51 new apartments. . 💬 The saying, "they don't build 'em like they used to" rings true in the hallways of Shimer Square.
