Connected Wellbeing’s Post

Day 3/5 of my #qigonginnature challenge. Please watch and read to the end. It was an interesting experience both as a Qigong practice and as a video recording. I chose to share the full clip, because it makes the point that not everything is as glossy as is presented to us on various channels, and yet for many people the standard that someone edited to ‘perfection’ becomes THE standard. Nothing less will do! Adopting other people’s standards as our own can become a huge source of stress and anxiety, an obstacle to accepting what is and being ok with it. #qigong is wonderful at balancing our energy, calming and relaxing us, fostering resilience and acceptance- I am not surprised that a benefit of my regular practice is an acceptance of things as are and willingness to share them with you, instead of leaving parts out or re-taking the video. #qigong #chikung #qigongroutine #qigonginsurrey #qigonginthesurreyhills #surreyhills #surreyhillswellbeing #qigonginstructor #learnqigong #qigongpractice #qigongforwellbeing #exercise #exerciseinnature #naturetherapy #mentalwellbeing #qigongchallenge #qigonginnaturechallenge #counselling #therapeuticcounselling
