My first collaborative workshop as an affiliate of Verdant Consulting was amazing! Allessandria Polizzi, SPHR, PhD is a genius at what she does! The team facilitated a PI workshop focused on helping participants explore their drivers within the context of relationship building. Participants had an opportunity to learn more about themselves, including their leadership and communication styles, their level of social engagement, degree of patience, and how structured or flexible they are. One of the most challenging stressors we encounter both at work and in our personal lives is interpersonal conflict. It can significantly impact our mental health and overall wellbeing Knowing our natural tendencies and patterns of behavior can definitely help shape how we show up in our relationships. I learned about myself in this process too. It made me really reflect on my clients' natural bent, and how I can adjust or amplify the pivotal factors in my life that will lend to an improved therapeutic experience for them and for me. #PI #workshop #strengths #communication #collaboration #teamdevelopment #wellness #wellbeing #mentalhealth
