"Companies are made by people, not machines" Had the privilege of attending an amazing panel discussion with Rajani Kiro Geetha Srinivas Pasupulati regarding "Use of AI in HR". Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing Human Resources, making processes more efficient, data-driven, and employee-centric. Our esteemed guests brought a wealth of knowledge on how AI is transforming HR practices in remarkable ways. We got wonderful insights on how AI is reducing transactional workload in organisations which in turn gives more time to undertake strategic decisions.
