During this two-day training, participants will explore the five key domains of anti-fragility that allow systems to thrive and become stronger as they experience shocks and stressors. Connexus’ trainers will show how the anti-fragile domains integrate with and build upon concepts promoted in USAID’s market resilience framework, and how these concepts can be used to create effective tools for project assessments, strategic planning, and adaptive management in development.
