The final ingredients were mixed together to create the dessert known as Aşure. 🤤 Traditionally, at least seven ingredients should be used in an Aşure recipe. The main components include wheat, chickpeas, sugar, rice, and beans. It's made even more delicious with the addition of nuts, raisins and other dried fruits. There are, however, some that are made from other sugar sources including potatoes, molasses, soybeans, grapes, rice, and sugar beets.
