New York Loves Female Leaders. And it is bloody beautiful to see. As Sean and I take UNKNOWN’s Experience team further into the depths of the states, it is becoming increasingly clear that New York values women leadership more than our humble capital city. Almost every agency or enterprise client has a woman at the DD+. But, we are left scratching our heads. Asking ourselves why not here? Why is London being made to look like we do not value female leadership? Why do we STILL have a frankly lower than par number of females at that DD level? And why is the States outperforming us in this area?
