This week, I am excited as I approach my 3rd anniversary at Benecon. It has been 3 great years in my working career with wonderful people and a strong deliverable for the market. Prior to starting in this role, did I even know what a Consortium was? Could I have appropriately shown brokers and their respective group clients how self-funding with protection makes all the difference? Wasn't full transparency what was really needed between all parties? Was there a solid option in the market with renewal rate caps that help employers better manage their overall program costs?
Three years forward and here I am. Indeed, what a difference 3 years makes. We continue to grow nationwide and at the end of the day, we want to demonstrate with commitment and show customers how we have solved self-funding for "their benefit." Most certainly, everyone now is well into 4th quarter activity. Rates continue to increase with limited or no justification and evaluating the value of dollars spent is difficult. Our VERIS Consortium believes in changing this dynamic.
Many marketplace competitors talk about alot of great features to offer but without solid and caring people that stand behind them, it goes nowhere. That is the Benecon difference.
