I was encouraged to see some reported optimism for growth in the South African Construction Sector, albeit with some significant caveats. However, one important facet not identified as a material factor to growth and development of the sector is low carbon and sustainable construction. Not only is this becoming an increasingly regulated area, but it represents a significant opportunity for South African construction companies competing against international contractors in the domestic market, and regional contractors in the SADC region. #construction #lowcarbon #pinsentmasons #southafrica https://lnkd.in/dJJAUQKv
