Its really sad to see corporations like Target rolling back their DE&I programs. If you are searching for a job as a result of this, know that Wells Fargo is a safe place! Wells isn’t cutting any DE&I programs. They aren’t changing their supplier diversity policies. They aren’t letting go of folks hired as a result of DE&I progress. Do you know why Wells Fargo isn’t making those changes? Its because Wells Fargo’s focus on DE&I was never driven by government requirements. Wells Fargo wants to progress with society, do what’s right for their customers and build the best workforce. I can attest that Wells Fargo is implementing what they say they stand for and doing wonderful things without needing to broadcast it to the world. DM me if you want to hear some examples of how 💗 Wells is not going to stop being a safe place, and that is why I have so many peers celebrating their 10, 20, and 30 year anniversaries 🥰 #wellsfargo #banking #financialinstitutions

Yesterday, NFI's President and Chief Executive Officer, Paul Soubry, joined BNN Bloomberg for an exclusive interview highlighting NFI's journey to recovery over the last few years and provided insight on how NFI is helping our customers transition to zero-emission. "Our refinancing that we did at the end of 2022, really has set us up for the recovery of what now is not only record market demand, but an absolutely incredible backlog across the business," Paul adds, "I'm much more confident than I've been in the last four years on where we are going." Another great customer story. Regions Bank is rethinking their approach to talent—really smart strategy! It reminds me of the innovative ways we’re helping companies tap into their existing talent pools and make smarter hiring decisions.
“Every time we needed specialized talent, we were starting from scratch." Not anymore. See how Regions Bank’s Antonio Howard stopped letting qualified candidates slip through the cracks by tapping into their existing talent pool in smarter ways. https://bit.ly/4jnqwQI

Insight on the importance of values when merging companies. I found this short video impactful and helps to understand where the focus is when companies are acquired.
Since Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan first took his job in 2010, the world of banking has drastically changed. He tells David Westin what it was like and forming a company culture from separate parts on "Wall Street Week" https://trib.al/EK7WhgX

Pause with me to remember September 11th On this day, we pause to remember September 11th and honor the memories of those who perished, those who survived, and the brave souls who ran into the buildings to help others. It was a day that changed our world forever, a moment that forced us to take stock of what matters most—the people we love and the people we lost. One of my fondest memories from my days at NatWest was working at One Exchange Place in Jersey City, where my cubicle had a breathtaking view of lower Manhattan across the river. I remember being in awe of that skyline, never imagining how dramatically it would change on that fateful day in 2001. September 11th brought heartache, but it also brought stories of miracles. Many people who were supposed to be in the World Trade Center that day were saved by seemingly small choices—a missed alarm, a traffic delay, or an unexpected meeting—turning ordinary inconveniences into extraordinary blessings. These stories of survival remind us that life is fragile and unpredictable, and they offer a glimmer of hope in a time of darkness. As we remember, we also honor the first responders and everyday heroes who, without hesitation, ran into danger to save others. Their courage and selflessness continue to inspire us, reminding us of the power of unity in the face of unspeakable tragedy. Today, we reflect on how 9/11 altered the course of history and our lives. But more importantly, we hold tight to the lessons of love, resilience, and the preciousness of life. We will never forget. With us always, Laura T. 🧡💚💙 #NeverForget #September11 #HonorAndRemember #30SecondSuccess #StandInYourBrand

Hey all! I am here with my approach for today's GFG POTD. #8 Question: Given an array arr[] denoting heights of N towers and a positive integer K. For each tower, you must perform exactly one of the following operations exactly once. Increase the height of the tower by K Decrease the height of the tower by K Find out the minimum possible difference between the height of the shortest and tallest towers after you have modified each tower. My approach: The approach starts by sorting the array of tower heights to make the problem more manageable. We calculate the initial difference between the tallest and shortest towers and then explore the effect of increasing or decreasing the height of each tower by KKK. For each tower, we compute the possible new minimum and maximum heights, ensuring that the smallest difference between the tallest and shortest towers is tracked. By iterating through the sorted towers and updating the minimum difference, the solution efficiently minimizes the height difference after modifications. #geeksforgeeks #geekstreak2024 GeeksforGeeks #deutschebank Deutsche Bank
