The power of partnerships 🤝 and to Exchange for Change! A very special occasion at Living Places Copenhagen, framed by the brilliant Nadja Pass as salonniére for Concopia Conversations, and fueled by the eminent Stephanie von Meiss, where 50 pioneering stakeholders exchanged ideas on aligning the built environment more with nature and its biodiversity, planting many new collaboration seeds 🌱 The key takeaways were need for more: - Accountability - Courage - Systemic Change and that professionals should talk to 5 people who are not in the know of what to change and why, creating a movement and trust in both the problem, as well as the solutions, which we have already. We "just" need to scale them! 🍀 The conversations - and questions - continue ☀
What is the future of regenerative living? 🌿🏘️ Along with The Klosters Forum and Concopia, we invited experts in the built environment to an interactive gathering aiming to build a stronger alignment and symbiosis with nature and biodiversity. This 'Exchange for Change' explored building innovations for regenerative living with panelists, speakers, and pioneers like Rasmus Nørgaard, Victoria Burrows, Michael Ramage and Kathrin Susanna Gimmel working to accelerate and change how we build, value, design, and think about buildings, cities, and communities.

Tired of endless definition debates and ready for action? Last week ended on a high note, and as you can see from the video, I was truly inspired. Urban regenerative development offers us a glimpse into the future of what we can become as a society, and this transformation of the mindset is not just happening in cities but across all industries where the paradigm shift is evident in the way we are changing our perspectives on: - From stockholder to stakeholder - From product to relationships - From human-centric to life-centric We, Ramboll and Henning Larsen hosted a focused key clientevent in Oslo, featuring international experts on regenerative thinking in the realms of cities, water, and infrastructure. My colleagues Shira de Bourbon Parme from UK, Katri Einola + Elina Kalliala from Finland and Neil Mclean Goring from Denmark shared insights on how this new way of thinking will shape future designs. Tom Hedalen, Prosjektsjef i Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Erik Frogner, Prosjektdirektør i Af Anlegg, John Harald Amundsen, Ramboll KAM for Bane NOR Eiendom and Solveig Alvik, Oslo kommune summarized the necessary actions from the perspective of large companies in these sectors. In the video I interviewed Shira on her reflection of the day. ps. If you're a large organization and interested in a tailor-made inspiration session or a practical workshop to explore concrete opportunities to strengthen your journey or projects, just get in touch.
