I’ve been hiring for the past 10 years. But with GenZ, we’re seeing different patterns. One constant in a QA/testing agency is… Continuous hiring. This cycle is like a perpetual software build and deployment process. Previously, most joiners focussed on the technical and salary range part of the job. In many ways, human expertise is irreplaceable, sure, but the good news is that GenAI promises to revolutionize underwriting, claims handling and fraud investigations.
