😁𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗗😞 On Friday, 17th of November, it was my last day of internship at VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED (PepsiCo) and on Sunday, we had the greatest rivalry match between Australia and our Blues 💙 You must be wondering what I'm supposed to say. Or I'm just trying to waste your very valuable time here. Actually, it is not. I'm not really trying too. I just want to give you some very valuable insights about my internship by using the analogy of the final match. So let's start the story. From the first day of my internship at VBL, I had put all the efforts to learn and understand their logistics and distribution of the products. Later weeks, I've been understanding as a marketing analyst where the company is lacking behind to place their products in the market. Tried to do the marketing surveys, collecting previous sales data and having conversation with the employees and so on. The whole internship period was really very challenging, thriller and so knowledgeable. When I was ending my last day of internship. I presented the whole learning of mine in the internship report to my mentor at VBL. He shared that "I'm not totally happy with your report. I feel like you could have done much better." I was not really expecting this on the last day of my internship. I found myself in the dark room for a while. I cleared my throat and greeted my mentor "thank you for all the knowledge and experience that you have provided me through this internship and I'll always keep your feedback always in my mind" Somehow it sounds like a failure, but it is for me "A Victory Beyond Trophy" as Team India is always a Champion for me with the trophy or without the trophy. An internship is all about knowing how corporate works and how employees collaborate with each other for companies success, so in that sense I'm a winner. Thank you so much for reading till here.
