Here is a little tip for job seekers in sales, We often hear treat your job-hunting process like you'll do the job, I like to use an outbound strategy. Salespeople use signals like "recently hired" when targeting their prospects, You could use the same when job hunting, Many "recently hired" sales leaders would want to build their success team, And would be actively hiring as soon as they can, So Instead of waiting to join the crowd when they put out the job posting Go after them when hiring is still quiet for them, indicate your interest AND Get In their pipeline, You'll have a better chance than others who would apply when they are ready to hire.
