🔴 WTF a "Web Story" is?
First of all, we have to know what actually a "Web Story" is!
Web Stories are a visually rich, full-screen content format for the web, which allow you to tap or swipe through stories. - Google
Google Web Stories give you an online platform to publish tappable stories that can be discovered on Google search pages and the Discover app. - Neil Patel
Google Web Stories are a visual content format that can be shown across the internet. - Search Engine Journal
In simple words,
- A Web Story is a type of short content that is similar like Social Media story like IG/FB Story, but the only difference is that these Stories will be published and hosted on your Website, permanently (oh yeah, until you delete it, xD)
- It consists of images, videos, texts, audio, gifs, link
- We call each page of a Web Story as "Slide"
- A slide may be an image/video/full of texts or having a CTA Link
