Observe the process of phagocytosis in real-time with Celloger® Mini Plus, our automated live cell imaging system. We captured fluorescence images of phagocytosis in LPS-stimulated Raw264.7 macrophages using fluorescent latex beads. Time-lapse images were taken at 15-minute intervals over 65.5 hours using a Celloger® Mini Plus with a 10X objective.
