Well, one crucial area, often overlooked by startups is distribution (we're totally guilty of this too). The easier you make it for your potential customers to order, the more who will be able to join your mission. [who agrees with me on the distribution point?] At the start of 2023, we made it our goal to partner up with more distributors, so we could start achieving our mission at scale. Reducing wait times for our delicious ice cream puffs is a key focus moving forward. Customer Loyalty: We were delighted by the number of repeat customers who came back for multiple visits. Adapting to New Environments: This event provided an opportunity to assess the logistics of operating within a tent setup compared to our usual food truck. Number 56 on this list is an entirely mislabeled brewery in VT that is both not notable in craft and has never distributed its products outside of the state - that company is currently for sale on the open market for $2m.
