I now invite the COP to adopt the decision entitled Funding Arrangements for Responding to Loss and Damage Associated with the Adverse Effects of Climate Change, including focus on Addressing Loss and Damage here. No objections. It's so decided. We gather for implementation was not just a slogan at top 27, but rather a timely call to move from setting rules, frameworks and commitments to a clear focus on the tangible implementation of these commitments on the ground. I declare His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Jaber elected President of the 28th Session of the Conference of the Parties. It's time to seek compromise for solutions. It's time to go into OverDrive, to negotiate in good faith and rise to the challenge set by COP president Doctor Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber. What began in chairmanship? And what was given critical momentum and traction in Abu Dhabi earlier this month must now be delivered and action here in Dubai. Together. We have the opportunity to deliver history again. We have delivered a comprehensive response to the global stock take and all other mandates. Now we can truly say that we united. And we acted. And we truly delivered.
