We've seen a trend lately in multifamily toward health and wellness. There are lots of ways to achieve this in both the indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. One thing we've tried to do on some of these projects is use and apply the color green as much as possible. The color green represents nature, health and freshness and can really help add to the health and wellness vibe. In this example, we have plantings and trees of course, green synthetic turf, green furnishings, green materials like tile and faux green walls. We feel like this really helped add to the overall health and wellness mission of the project. How have you been able to achieve a health and wellness experience in your amenities?
