Three years ago, CopilotIQ was founded with a simple, but wildly ambitious mission: Add five great years to the lives of a million older Americans. Our belief was that by capturing 1,000 times more data than a legacy medical practice, combining it with AI-driven software to automate care, and most importantly a US-based licensed nurse to drive the needed change, we could change outcomes for those suffering from diabetes and hypertension. We called it High-Frequency Connected Care. Excited to announce a Chief Operating Officer search for CopilotIQ! We are looking for a hands-on executive that loves to roll up their sleeves and build, and shares our passion for transforming healthcare for Older Americans. Unfortunately, the tech industry largely ignores Older Americans, which is an enormous shame. Because let's face it: we're all going to be old one day. We believe there is an opportunity to help Older Americans add five great years to their lives by transforming how we care for those suffering from diabetes and hypertension. It's hard to imagine a more important mission, at a more important moment in time. By the end of this decade, there will be more than 80 Million Americans on Medicare, and 81% will have one or more of the conditions we serve. Our mission is to add five great years to the lives of our members with diabetes and/or hypertension. Isn't that what we all want? Five more years enjoying life with our family and friends? We piloted the notion of high-frequency, connected care, and it's working incredibly well for our members. In the next few months, we'll share our clinical outcomes for the first time. So proud of what our team of nearly 200 full-time nurses, providers, doctors, engineers, and operators have accomplished. Onward!
