Cordant’s clients are in good hands with Joette Gittens, Vice President of Client Experience, at the helm. Her career started by following her passion for nursing, and circumstances led to Joette’s move to case work where she could still use her medical knowledge and engage with people. In a fortuitous move to Cordant, Joette has moved gracefully from Operations to Account Management to her current VP position…all while staying true to her patient care roots.   Joette’s compassionate nature and strong work ethic are a natural fit in the behavioral health space as she works with clients and individuals to combat issues surrounding substance abuse. Her daily motivation to achieve comes from her Jamaican roots and the desire to make an impact on people. Joette appreciates working for a company like Cordant with its can-do spirit and a proactive, non-judgmental culture that fosters a cohesive team and out-of-the-box thinking.   In her downtime, Joette and her husband enjoy hopping on their road bikes for quick exercise or group cycles with friends. And a quick swim in the pool with the kids is a welcome post-stressful day reprieve. Tampa has been a great home for her family and life’s adventures.
