As one chapter ends, another begins…today we are sharing that CORE Builders President Chrissie Davis has decided to step down from her role and pursue her dream of starting her own general contracting company. It is bittersweet to say goodbye to Chrissie, who has been a valued member of the Core family for 14 years, rising from an assistant project manager to the position of President two years ago, while helping foster a culture of integrity, cooperation, hard work, communication, and success.   Chrissie will partner with The Core Companies Chairman David Neale and the rest of the CORE Builders team for the remainder of the year as we work together to identify a new leader who will help us continue to build upon our many successes. We’re excited about the future and remain focused on our mission to build more critically needed homes in Silicon Valley and beyond.   We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team soon. In the meantime, please join us in extending our heartfelt wishes for Chrissie's continued achievements in her new venture.

I can't say enough about the journey here at CORE! Bittersweet is a good description of this step. Being afforded the opportunity to grow leaps and bounds in my own career and be surrounded by such amazing people both in-house and holistically are the highlights of my journey at CORE. I am wildly excited about kicking off a woman-owned / minority-owned business and I really look forward to seeing where it takes me! More to come!!!

Congratulations Chrissie! This is awesome! I am so happy for you! Leading your own GC company is a powerful step forward from an already impressive seat as the CORE Builders President. You are a shining example and I am proud to have met you. Lead on! ☺️
