Today we had a farewell lunch for one of our team members who decided it was time to move on and and transit into something new. However, how we leave can have a lasting impact on ourselves and those around us. This is where #farewell recognition comes in - acknowledging what came before and celebrating the possibilities of what lies ahead. Wholeheartedly I believe allowing employees to bid farewell provides them with closure and emotional release. It allows for expressions of #gratitude, exchanging contact information, and saying goodbye.
