2moCoreCivic your facility in Crowley County is literally the worst facility I’ve ever worked at first off the officers, captains, lieutenants, sergeants, and anyone else of that nature don’t know the first thing about being an officer literally you have people that are in relationships working the same shift you have officers and others that don’t even know the first step to use a can of OC have captains. I feel like there’s a lot of things that are looked over in the training process with captains lieutenants, sergeants, and officers, but to my understanding, the warden doesn’t see these things as a problem. The facility is so dirty and nasty. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there, but what they do come audit time is get offenders to clean up and paint over the mold or clean up the holes in the ceiling or the showers, the facility is just a catastrophe, waiting to happen I truly hope you guys can fix it and if y’all think that the facility is running well then I’ll pray for the officers that work there the good officers.
