But what many overlook is: 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: As your body adjusts to dietary changes, your mental approaches might also need updates as your situation changes. 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: Age, environment, hormonal shifts, and different life stages can impact how effective your past strategies are now. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: Ongoing stresses, such as restrictive eating or excessive workloads, can cause your body to adapt negatively, like reducing metabolic rate.
