We’ve been doing working for an (A)mazing company for the past few years very very difficult to get onboarded and certified. We received a contract out of state for miscellaneous patching and speed bump work. 1) Asphalt depth was not what we contracted for it was 8-9”. Not 4” 2) During speed bump installation we had 3 different folks come out and make height adjustments to what we where installing. Those of you who know speed bump lutes come in a certain width and height. Which we outlined in our contract. We completed our job. Striped these speed bumps per our contract and they he client wanted 6 of the speed bumps to be adjusted. Per their spec that they Provided after the job was completed. So we sent a crew on a Saturday to make the proper adjustments. We turn in our invoice with the additional asphalt and time. Customer isn’t happy and doesn’t want to pay the additional. Gave me 2 choices: 1) cut the original contract in half. 2). Never work for this (A)mazing company again. What do you think I did with a gun to my head?
