Starting 2025 with a New Chapter As I embark on this exciting new role, I can’t help but reflect on the warm welcome I’ve received from my new colleagues. As I often say, it’s all about people. A strong team culture is the foundation for great achievements, and I’m thrilled to be part of such a welcoming and dynamic environment. The start of a new year is always a time for planning, reflection, and embracing challenges—especially when stepping into a new sector and company culture. In these moments, two priorities guide me: 1️⃣ Understand the business – The first step is learning how the organization operates, its unique challenges, and its opportunities. Immersing myself in the business is the key to ensuring my contributions are impactful. 2️⃣ Start contributing – Once you understand the business, the next goal is to begin making a difference, bringing value through insights and actions. As the year unfolds, I also believe it’s essential to ask: How can I add value with a fresh perspective? This is where curiosity and creativity come into play. A fresh look not only sparks innovation but also challenges established ways of thinking, paving the way for new opportunities. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 Last year, I made a promise to myself: 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧. Little did I know, that growth would find me in ways I never expected. One of the most exciting journeys has been planning upcoming events (details coming soon 🤫). Let me tell you, coordinating a team is no walk in the park. It’s a dance of patience and understanding, getting to know each person’s strengths and weaknesses, finding common ground, and ensuring everyone feels seen and valued. Some days, it’s challenging.
