As always news like this causes division because... NEWS ALERT Some people love being in the office. Some people hate it. It's like marmite. No matter your opinion - people are individuals with different needs and different ways of performing at optimum. As a company your job is to provide an environment where people excel and can connect. The problem is that if you force people back into the office - the more introverted will leave. Then you end up with a homogenous environment - which is never good for business. If you are remote only, you also end up losing talent that want and need to be in the office, again causing a homogenous environment. If you offer choice, and ways for meaningful connection, then that will always be the win, and no surprises it then increases revenue.
