💡 The Glass Ceiling, let us discuss the "glass ceiling" 😄 I was in a meeting with some ladies who argued that there is no such thing, or they did not believe in it. My eyes popped right out of my head, and I sat to the edge of my seat curious as to how they can possibly explain their position. Then it hit me --- Its a GLASS ceiling, by definition its invisible. You can't actually see it. You only know its there when you hit it, you can even tell others about it but they might not believe you, because they cannot see it. If it was visible, it might be called the concrete ceiling. I have hit many glass ceilings in my career, the ceiling is at different places for different people. Is it impossible though to get through? No, its just hard and requires some out of the box thinking or in some cases, moving to a bigger room.
