Too long. Puts a lot of pressure on the candidate. Creates teams of clones (similarity biais). Missing the proficiencies. Might discriminate people (race, sex, age, neurodiversity, handicap, etc.) Maybe a part of the process could be to include team in the interview. I think this is a good recipe for a clique.
