“The idea of a four-day week continues to gain traction, especially with the recent release of data from the world's largest trial testing the model. Researchers continually provide evidence that the five-day week results in diminishing returns, making people more fatigued and less productive and creative.” A four-day class schedule can help reduce the time students spend commuting to campus, which can be beneficial for retaining students who travel more than 30 minutes to an hour each way. Some other benefits of a four-day work week include: Reduced operating costs: Reduced costs for electricity and heat Reduced personal costs: Students spend less time commuting Increased faculty efficiency: Faculty have a day to prepare for classes, schedule meetings, and conduct research Sustainability: A leadership role model for sustainability on campus

Hate to shatter your illusions snowflakes but 44 hours a week it not long enough to build a career nor a business, you're just getting started so stop complaining: "'Is it just me going crazy?' Junior employee in Singapore questions culture of working 44 hours a week". Welcome to the real world! "An online user expressed frustrations about Singapore's 44-hour work week, highlighting the demanding routine and lack of personal time The post resonated with many others who shared similar experiences of adjusting to the demands of adulthood and the workforce While some defended the typically long work hours as part of the real world, others acknowledged the need for a cultural shift towards better work-life balance". This guy has to be GenZ! 🙄🤣🤦♂️ Wants to get a promotion and pay rise but without putting the hours and years in! The entitled generation.🤣🙄🤦♂️ Sorry the world doesn't owe you anything snowflake! There were some that agreed with him, probably also entitled GenZ! Luckily some users responded to this deluded muppert with some frank advice: "A handful of users, however, accused the person of being “naive” for even complaining about working 44 hours a week. One pointed out: “I work like 60 hours a week, have a baby, and am enrolled in a graduate programme. 44 isn’t bad.” Another user commented: “Welcome to the real world? 44 hours isn’t even a lot. You’re in for a rough awakening.” Generational I know, the hardworking GenX who never got anything from anyone else and made it all happen versus the entitled generation Z expecting it all to be handed it on a plate for them without actually working for it. They've seen too many TV programs and watched too many TikTok videos to be actually lving in the real world.🤣🙄🤦♂️ What do you think?
