How are we evolving and where are we heading? 🤔 Aitor Somers, my co-founder of JustBite was asked to give an update at the recent Foodservice Alliance event. Again, he was able to tell our story to 300 food service professionals, 2 years after his initial presentation. The first key message: SOME THINGS HAVE NOT CHANGED! For example, societal trends we observe, the consumer and business needs we address and the values and philosophy of our company! ❤️ We keep on focussing on 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. We are still not just selling a product, we continue to create a movement. So in fact, WHAT HAS CHANGED? 1. We are a profitable company 💰 2. We had a steady y-o-y growth rate of 30% 3. We are increasing the need and demand in offices across Europe 4. We launched a small smart vending machine, providing a 24/7 solution to offer our guilt-free snacks & drinks 5. We introduced a bulk offering, delivering the same promise with less packaging 6. We partnered with Mitch, who will lead the expansion in the Netherlands. 7. We are expanding segments & channels, like retail We are now transforming towards a multichannel healthier snack & drink platform working directly and 🤝 indirectly with partners in food service, retail and other segments. THE DOWNSIDE OF OUR LINE OF BUSINESS…   Last week High Noon ran an exciting big innovation strategy workshop with one of our clients. It was so energising to sink our teeth into this and get to a solid end result with a lot of engagement and buy-in, working together as one team, right in the throbbing heart of the Amsterdam Food Scene: The Foodhallen. Best compliment: well facilitated, well located, and fun day, with a promising outcome. What was the unlock to success? Understanding the client’s needs and challenges, and connecting with them. As individuals, as a team and as a business. AKA client intimacy. Fuelled by solid understanding of the market and innovation know-how. So, what’s the downside, you wonder? The downside is that we’d love to show you what it looked like. BUT: all content, all insights, all opportunities, all consumer and customer pain points, all innovation ideas, all strategies… in our line of business, often ALL of this is under embargo.
