The Only “Normal” in The Laundry is the Washing Cycle" That quote hangs in my office, a reminder that life, like laundry, rarely follows a predictable script. Two weeks ago, a brutal snowstorm hit the North Wall, throwing our operations into chaos. Equipment failed, staff shortages crippled us, and we, the south, sent our support teams, our cavalry, to help. It felt like a Game of Thrones episode, honestly… Meanwhile, we encountered equipment issues beyond our immediate expertise. The absence of our cavalry at the plant raised concerns and fears. But what unfolded wasn't a tragedy. It was a testament to the incredible team we've built. This wasn't about free lunches or matching shirts. This was about facing a real crisis, stepping outside our comfort zones, and digging deep. We worked tirelessly, day and night, pulling together every ounce of energy. And you know what? No one complained. No one felt lost. We had a shared purpose, a common vision, and we knew we'd get through this together. This experience showed me the true strength of Novo Miami Team. It's not just about the vision; it's about the people who embody it. The directors, managers, supervisors, and every single employee who stepped up – you know who you are. You are the heroes, the ones who make Novo extraordinary. This is what sets us apart. We're not disconnected from the realities on the production floor. We understand the challenges, and we face them head-on. We are a team, and we will always have each other's backs. Let's continue to strive for perfection, even when perfection seems impossible. Meet Karl Hammerle! Our Account Executive who joined the team in 2019 and has been an asset to our organization. On a personal level, he's no newbie to being in front of the camera. Karl spent a good amount of his professional career as a TV and film actor. Thieves of time 👤 We were discussing such a familiar topic with our colleagues. Everyone has such a thief different: 🗓 the choice of slots for 5 candidates at the same time, 🧟♀️ a large number of meetings, 🤭 someone has very talkative colleagues in the office. If you can hide from colleagues in a separate meeting room, accept only rallies where there is a purpose to ask and clarify or present something, what to do with calendars and slots?
