Yep, GenAI needs guardrails. 💂♀️ Are leaders ready for the change? This is the best article I've read recently that sums up that the hype of GenAI is lovely and has many benefits, so must the management of use, risk and governance be equally up to speed. 📝 A few highlights/quotes directly from the article: "Because we're in a fragile state where this could go one way or another, it requires leaders to be at the top of their game now … because of the threats and opportunities we have," said Brian Spisak" "According to Muro, everyone in the organization, and especially leadership, needs to be educated on AI's promises as well as its risks."
