While my experience in banking has equipped me with a strong foundation in compliance and lending, I feel a deep desire to explore roles where I can directly impact customer satisfaction or provide vital support virtually. Customer success, with its focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations, or a virtual assistant position, which empowers individuals and businesses remotely, resonate strongly with my career aspirations. However, I am aware that transitioning from banking to these fields may present certain challenges.
