When I intend to apply for a new job, it is an opportunity to reflect on myself. I consider what I have learned over many years at the workplace or what I can offer to desire a position. This process helps me determine if I’m suited for a new role or If I’m keeping pace with current job market trends. Below are some tips help reflect process more effective 👉1. Define keywords in each requirement. Some companies have long JD ( job descriptions). Many candidates when reading JD can’t define what is required or I can meet expectations of a new role.to address this problem candidates simply choose 1-2 keywords in requirement. For example: in JB below keywords are in " 💬 " Develop and ▶ "maintain a metrology system" ◀ and ▶"determine measurement methods"◀ in alignment with local regulations,▶ "global standards"◀, and internal LEGO rules. 👉 2. Choosing suitable job title follow your direction In the current job market there are many different roles so candidates should choose a role in the field that aligns with their long-term career goal. When I put myself in different shoes not suited for a major or field, it is easy to self-deprecate due to personal abilities not developed for many years working. Addition, It is important to select a suitable level of experience. For example: I want to work in the supply and demand field so some keywords I search are▶ supply demand planner, supply specialist or senior demand planner.◀

During a recent meeting, I referred to the organization I lead as a "support area," which didn't resonate well with one of my colleagues. This led me to ponder why the term triggered this negative reaction, prompting me to explore alternative expressions. This incident prompted me to contemplate the prevalent discourse around customer centricity, realizing that some discussions lack a genuine commitment to truly "serve" the customer. Reflecting on my career, a pivotal lesson emerged from my initial role in procurement, where our internal stakeholders were aptly referred to as internal customers. In the context of a service-oriented organization, this terminology made perfect sense. As a procurement professional, my objective was to support my colleagues in sales, who were actively pursuing business opportunities. Our collective aim was to provide impeccable service to our external customers. I've never perceived the "support area" with a negative connotation, particularly when considering the profound nature of serving others and the joy derived from surpassing expectations. Ultimately, regardless of the nomenclature assigned to a specific area, the essence lies in how we treat our customers, whether they are internal or external. The words we use may vary, but the commitment to delivering exceptional service remains paramount.
