When you begin your sales career in New Homes or International Property Sales, there are so many different companies and roles to consider. This Client Relations role is a Sales role, but it's more than that. It's about building long-term relationships and trust with people who might be buying for the first, second, or third time, possibly the fourth or fifth time with one company. If you had set an earnings limit based on the general market, that's okay, but this is no ordinary New Home Sales opportunity. You need to be extraordinarily good with people, customer follow-ups, and the ability to impart crucial data to buyers who might not see the end product for a year or more. This is why this role is vital to the success of the business model and you will be a key player in making good things happen. Professional, articulate, knowledgeable and dedicated to achieving realistic goals - that's who I'm looking for. By doing a great job, you'll earn eye-watering sums of money. The expectations are high but so are the rewards. Selling to a warm customer base, should be a doddle, but of course it won't be a doddle, but it will be very rewarding. It's not a short term fix. You have buy into this for the long term. NO WEEKENDS as a general rule. Big Earnings - Seriously - approaching 6 figures, starting with a Basic Salary of £30k.
