Time flies... Already 2.5 months in at the family business EE Labels! 💚 Many of you have asked how it’s been, so here’s a quick recap of my journey so far: Week 1: solo business trip to Munich for PERFORMANCE DAYS. Did I dare to talk to anyone? Not really, but I definitely got inspired by all the industry experts. Plus, the 🍺 & 🥨 were amazing! Weeks 2-6: Learning about our production process from my passionate colleagues. It's incredible how much fine craftsmanship goes into creating each small label. 🔖 Weeks 7-9: Conducted interviews to better understand our clients needs and evaluate our strengths and weaknesses. My main take-away: clients choose EE Labels for quality, our innovative character, and reliable service. This comes with expectations so don't hesitate to challenge me! What’s next? Big news ahead! 🎉 The LINHARDT Group is getting a new packaging in two respects today! Firstly, we are pleased to announce that we have changed to a ‘simple’ holding structure with immediate effect. To this end, we have reorganised our company and changed its name superior to LINHARDT Group GmbH. This decision is the result of intensive deliberations with the aim to communicate our corporate identity and brand image even more clearly and strengthen our position in the market. The change of name will help LINHARDT to better communicate its vision, values and strategic goals to the outside world, while at the same time meeting the requirements of a dynamic market. Ask yourself (and the manufacturer) 6 important questions: 1️⃣ Will the #manufacturer help me with the design? Will someone guide me through the design process and suggest the best solutions? 2️⃣ Will I have #contact with the person supervising production? It is important to be up to date and be sure that everything is going according to plan. Constant contact is essential! 3️⃣ Will they advise me on appropriate #changes? Anyone can make a mistake, but it is important for the manufacturer to quickly spot it and propose better, more optimal solutions. 4️⃣ Can I store #excess ordered packaging from the manufacturer? We often order more than we need. It's great if the manufacturer has a storage option. 5️⃣ Will the #manufacturer pack my products in the ordered #packaging? Does the company you work with also offer a packaging service? This greatly simplifies the entire process. 6️⃣ Can the supplier offer me their own #transport? Having your own forwarding is a huge advantage. Then you can be sure that everything will arrive on time and intact. In my opinion, all these elements gathered in one company are a guarantee that the entire process - from design, through production, to delivery - will take place under the supervision of the same experts.
