Welcome to Top Tip Tuesday. We'll be using this regular slot to help you get 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 with your business processes. Let’s start by helping you to save time when filling in forms in Smartsheet by using ‘URL query strings’. These basically help you to prefill a form with different default values for each recipient. For example, say you want to send the same form to your entire team, prefilled with their name, department and any other information unique to them. That’s when you use a query string. The default values can also be picked up automatically from cells in the source sheet too if required. Magical!
