⏱️Time-resolved analysis of CAR-T cell induced apoptosis of low frequency target cells using morphometric parameters on the Attune Cytpix flow cytometer. In the context of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) research, understanding the dynamic interactions between CAR-T cells and target cells is essential for optimizing cytotoxic efficacy. This comprehensive methodology, employed in our study aims to provide an end-to-end solution to gain a deeper understanding of CAR-T cell and target cell interactions, particularly in terms of apoptosis induction. Structure of MHC-I and MHC-II proteins👇 📎The structure of MHC-I and MHC-II proteins is characterized by their membrane-anchored design and peptide-binding cleft. 📎MHC-I proteins consist of a large, polymorphic α subunit that forms the peptide-binding cleft, along with a smaller, non-polymorphic β2-microglobulin subunit (left). This α subunit provides the primary structure for binding peptides, while the β2-microglobulin stabilizes the overall structure. 📎In contrast, MHC-II proteins are composed of two equally sized, polymorphic chains: an α chain and a β chain.
