In today’s fast-changing world, a university degree isn’t the only road to success. In fact, data shows that only 25% of college graduates would choose to pursue the same educational path if they could do it again. Adding another academic degree to your list may still be considered appealing to certain companies/hiring managers; however, the real ones can spot experience from the lack of it, to stop the so called "degree-washing". The best job seekers, and the most forward-thinking companies, realize that translating experiences into more broadly applicable skills, abilities, and attitudes and beliefs about work, is the new name of the game. 

Test the knowledge and skills while selecting the candidate rather than judging them through the degrees and qualifications. We never know who have earned degrees under what circumstances. Only degrees will not give you a right candidate. Proper and appropriate knowledge, skills and exposure will give you a right candidates. #humanresources #educationalleadership #universities
