Hi. I would like to know : if I pay $20 for a month, when it expires, I will still have access to the course I took during that time?

My colleague is struggling to receive invoices for the last 2 months. He has tried your help center repeatedly. Can anyone at Coursera please help? He is not making any progress.

How can i speak to a representative? I have some questions about signing up 3 of my employees. Thank you.

I want to share my experience with Coursera. I paid $2000 for a Master Track Certificate issued by Rutgers University, with the study process facilitated through Coursera. For some unclear reason, my assignments were not checked by Rutgers University, and all my emails to Coursera support ended with the same response: "Be patient." I endured this for two months. Coursera's last answer was the final straw: they provided me with the contact information of the lecturer from the University. I must emphasize that I accepted Coursera’s Terms and Conditions, which are binding and constitute a contract between me and Coursera. I cannot understand why I should have to contact third parties and try to sort out problems myself when this is fully Coursera’s responsibility. Off course, Rutgers University professor never replied my emails.  This is a blatant example of Coursera helpdesk's unprofessional approach. As a result, six months of my hard work were wasted for nothing. I just got my refund. No certificate. Now, just imagine trying to "Cultivate your career with Coursera." Seriously? This is not a partner to trust, believe me.

Does this offer include certifications and specific courses, such as two years specialization? Thank you for your kind answer.

Please Coursera verify something for me. If I subscribe to 1 month cousera plus, will I get the certificate of any course I completed within the subscription period. Or I'll have to individually pay for certificates for the courses. Please clarify me on this

Coursera I bought this discounted annual plus membership. To my utter shock, you charged me the regular membership amount. I have shared all proofs with your customer care teams and it’s been a week that they haven’t reverted with anything. I’m surprised as an Ed tech company, how come you can’t figure one wrong transaction out despite me sharing the transaction ID and various other details. Now you aren’t even responding to my emails. Is this what coursera stands for? Jeff Maggioncalda

I received the offer on Gmail for getting Coursera Plus only at 7999 INR for first Year, but during the payment process, the total displayed is 7999/- while the credit card OTP message indicates the full amount. This discrepancy raises concerns of potential problem, as authorizing the transaction would result in a charge of 33268 Rs to my credit card. Can you please clarify this situation Coursera?
