Now that I’ve been working in GBfoods for the past one and a half year, I must say that I'm amazed by how the core values shine through everything we do. However, there is one value that speaks the most to me and makes it easy for me to answer “what do I like the most about working here?” because we have a culture that values it: #Ownership ✅ I can make a difference within the organization (𝘐'𝘮 𝘦𝘮𝑝𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦) ✅ I feel trusted (𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨) ✅ I have the support of Sergi and the rest of the team (𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴) ✅ I can chase down my passions and incorporate that into my role (𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝑝𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧) And last but not least, for me ownership is 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 ✨
#Ownership is an essential ingredient of our #GBhood recipe. It is a core value that guides us in everything we do. 🤝 For us, ownership means: 🔵 Empowering colleagues through inspiration, guidance, and support. 🔵 Owning projects with proactivity and excellence. 🔵 Behaving ethically and responsibly, being mindful of our impact on the planet. But does it mean the same for our employees? Let’s check it out! 👇 #GBfoods #RecipeGBhood #PositiveImpact #EmpowerOurColleagues David Luñez K. Why do we like regularly bringing our team together through company lunches? Because we believe that sharing a meal can help us bond in more than one way: ✔️By creating a shared experience. Whether it's a family dinner, a holiday feast, or a casual brunch with friends, the act of sitting down together to eat helps strengthen relationships. ✔️Food is a conversation starter: From discussing the flavors and ingredients to sharing cooking tips and stories, mealtime often sparks lively discussions and connections. ✔️Food can break down social barriers by bringing together people from different backgrounds. ✔️Sharing a meal with others can create a sense of comfort, nostalgia, and belonging. We would like to give a shout-out to all our colleagues who joined us, with special thanks to those who took part in the organization. Here’s to many more occasions to share a meal with our team in the future! #team #funatwork #teambuilding #teamevent #employeeexperience #companyculture #community #Klarrio #tutorrio

Navigating The Fustercluck #28 Compliment People Behind Their Back The company grapevine doesn’t need to yield sour grapes. Use it to spread the news, especially when it’s good news. And particularly, when it's about someone else. It lets your team know that that individual is doing well. And when it gets back to that person, it will most definitely be appreciated. And they'll be motivated to create a virtuous circle that spread even more good news. #RemixtheWorld #compliments #teamwork #behindtheirback #cheerleading #remixtheworld

What better way to celebrate Easter than to have our very own Easter egg hunt? 🔎 🐤 The whole team paused work to take part in the hunt, which involved searching the office for a cream egg with their name on it, after which they were rewarded with a bigger chocolate egg. 🍫 Some took longer than others to find theirs but, in the end, there were chocolatey smiles all around. 😋 #easter #team #leadgeneration #digitalmarketing

Longevity and Health Coach for the 0.1% | Private Chef for Elite Clients | Real Estate Investor | Multifamily Syndicator
I came across a quote yesterday that really resonated with me: "We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give, but we rise when we lift others." It made me think about how, as private chefs, we put in long hours and a lot of hard work to build our careers, but there's more to life than just making a living. The most fulfilling moments often come from lifting others up whether that's: - mentoring someone new to the industry - sharing a recipe with a colleague, or - creating a warm meal that brings joy to a client and their family. It's those small acts of giving that add depth and meaning to our work. Let's remind ourselves to give back and support each other. Whether it's helping a fellow chef who’s struggling, volunteering at a community kitchen, or simply sharing our knowledge and passion with those around us, we can make a real difference. In the end, it's not just about the job titles or the paychecks. It's about the impact we have on others' lives. Let's keep lifting each other up and creating a more fulfilling life for ourselves and those we serve. https://buff.ly/4aUaQiN
