The job role and responsibilities are as under: Job Responsibilities 1.Guiding Customer on getting CSR or FIR if its major claim 2.On the receipt of vehicle, location app download, manual inventory to be made or verified with driver for pick up vehicle and open JC in app 3.Estimation of labour to be prepared with the agreed scheduled rates, if major claim need to take tinker support for labour & parts description 4.Replacement of parts rate to be received from parts officer and entered in estimate. 5.In case of Govt Ins co, estimation amount and the claim intimation details to be sent by mail to the Hub office. 6.If Private Ins co, claim to be registered in toll free number or claim to be registered through insurance app (reg process uploading in 3 apps for icici). 7.Claim number to be recorded in our records (EXCEL file) as reference for insurance payment follow up 8.If it is a minor claim lesser than 50K, we need to video streaming by taking insurance staff through online by whatsapp call (15min to 30min) 9.After getting assessment approval, estimated amount to be paid from customer end to be intimated to customer & DSA 10.Advance amount to be received if customer payable exceeds 30K 11.JC and surveyor approval to be given to floor/bs in-charge for work allocation. 12.Stage photos to be sent to surveyor on the progress of work 13.Customer & DSA update to be done on every alternative day for keeping them informed. 14.On completion of work, Invoice to be prepared and sent to surveyor of Insurance company for getting Ins liability sheet. 15.Based on surveyor updation report Ins co will prepare the Ins liability sheet and it has to be followed up by SA. 16.On receipt of ins liability, customer payable amount to be informed to customer. 17.QR Code to be sent to the customer for making payment. 18.On receipt of customer portion payment, all original documents collected (if Govt Ins co) and vehicle to be delivered to customer place. 19.Original Invoice scan copy or hard copy to be sent to Insurance co for making payment. 20.On receipt of payment from Ins co, UTR details along with Ins liability to be sent to accounts for preparing receipt and nullifying the OS amount 21.To achieve STO target and CSI in google rating as 5* Apply in confidence with a copy of your latest CV to m.desai@petromin.in
