The structure of global economy has increased shifted towards a hybrid of technology and market efficiency, mimicking the words of Peter Drucker. A merge between the ICT and Marketing was a strategic blending that took place at Mombasa where the African marketing confederation organized a joint conference in collaboration with the technology Information confederation in Africa that took place in Mombasa Kenya. I had a priviledge to share a platform with key speakers in the field such a Philip Kotler, president of Asian Marketing confederation, the president of European Marketing Confederation, New Zealand marketing association, CEO of chartered marketing Institute, Marketing associations across Africa, Business leaders, Scholars, practitioners This key takes from the conference were: >Harnessing value requires proper choices in narturing innovation and creativity by concious leadership approach >Skills optimization by moving from less activity tasks to high activity tasks which optimize human potential >Growth of AI is opportunity for optimizing human potential and not the threat for those who are ready to engage in the journey of continuous learning

The Centre for African Leaders in Agriculture’s (CALA) Advanced Leadership Programme is a collaborative, hands-on, and tailored experience for senior and rising leaders in Africa’s agriculture sector. Designed for individuals spearheading and directly implementing specific country-level agriculture initiatives, the programme is initially open to participants from eight countries. Eligibility: Leaders implementing country-level agriculture efforts: Established or emerging leaders working in government, private firms and associations, or civil society organizations who are responsible for driving agriculture flagships and priority programs. Must be actively employed or working in government (public sector), private sector and civil society (associations or civil society organizations) Cohorts will be formed from participants from the following countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda. BFC’s Leadership Academy 2024 in Arusha, Tanzania 🇹🇿 From October 1st to 3rd, we concluded a 3-day event at the Beyond Farming Collective Leadership Academy 2024 in Tanzania, where leaders from Agri-Food Industry Organizations (AFIOs) gained new strategies in agriculture.
