➡️This week, our CPB Contractors team commenced testing and commissioning on METRONET’s 17.5km Thornlie-Cockburn Link (TCL) rail alignment. ⬅️This important stage of the project will ensure all infrastructure and systems are operating safely and efficiently.🚆 CPB Contractors' delivery of the TCL project includes the placement of 17.5 km of new rail track, the duplication of 3km of existing track, new stations at Nicholson Road and Ranford Road and upgrades to Thornlie and Cockburn Central stations. Our team will also deliver works to relocate freight lines, modify and replace road and pedestrian bridges and construction bus interchanges and parking facilities. TCL is being hailed as a game changer for residents in Perth’s south-eastern suburbs, and we’re looking forward to seeing commuters enjoy safe, reliable trips on it shortly🤩. Amazing work team CPB. The Cockburn line has been a painful issue for quite some time. It’s great to see such an innovative and forward thinking TIER 1 company addressing the Cockburn (line). Keep up the great work team! Let’s go!
