Thrilled to unveil Urja, the experience boot camp I designed and led for GUS Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. Pearl Academy and UPES Recognizing that individual contributors are the driving force, the beating heart, of any successful organization, we crafted a program specifically to empower these often-underrecognized high performers. This dynamic group of talented individuals, hailing from fields like art, fashion design, education, sales, and promotions, deserved a training experience that matched their expertise and innovation. To ensure a fresh and engaging learning environment, I incorporated five experiential processes that tapped into human emotions like fear and inhibition. By simulating real-world challenges, participants were pushed to think creatively and collaboratively, finding solutions beyond their usual frameworks. Research shows that when learning is fun, retention rates skyrocket. A study by the University of California found that positive emotions enhance cognitive flexibility and creative problem-solving. As Dr. Maya Angelou wisely said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
