Since the essential oil from these protected trees lacks the smoky character of burning wood, we used our headspace technology to capture the true essence of burning Palo Santo. There is more to fragrance creation than meets the nose (and it’s not all pleasant) 👃 Our Product Performance and Development (PPD) team plays a crucial role in the fragrance creation process. They thoroughly test fragrances at every stage of development to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance. Lucky for them, this includes malodour testing where they replicate challenging smells from bathrooms, kitchens, sweat, pets and others! Ensuring the selected fragrances not only smell great but also perform and neutralise any unwanted odours.
