This was such a great event. I was so proud to be with CAFOD colleagues from Sudan, Ethiopia & DRC on a panel discussing how we support local partners and communities to Prepare, Survive & Rebuild in the context of emergencies. Thanks to a wonderful team who organised it. It’s the second phase of this initiative and we are grateful to all those who have given so far, especially the brilliant CPL Aromas Aromas whose donations are so vital.
What a brilliant launch of the second phase of CAFOD's humanitarian response initiative Every Second Counts - Prepare, Survive, Rebuild at The Conduit. We are immensely grateful to our incredible panel for their insights working in different emergency situations across the world, to all our guests and the wonderful music from celebrated oud player Rihab Azar. In a world facing more frequent and serious emergencies we were inspired to work together to meet this challenge! Thank you to all those already supporting this critical work.
